My journey from California to Michigan, and finally to the bustling streets of New York City, is a tale of transformation. I went from eating Nutella and crackers to savoring Michelin-starred cuisine, all while building what seemed like a picture-perfect life. But beneath (and on) the surface, something was really wrong.
For years, I battled with severe eczema, a condition that worsened dramatically during my time in NYC. It wasn't just a skin issue; it affected my whole being, leaving me feeling isolated and desperate for a solution. I tried everything from Western medicine to Eastern practices, but nothing seemed to work. After a certain point, I gave up. I felt hopeless about my situation. I knew that even if there was a miracle drug out there, it probably wouldn't actually heal me because I’d be dependent on that drug for the rest of my life.
Then came a turning point. A co-worker introduced me to celery juice and the Medical Medium approach. Highly skeptical but hopeful, I dove in. I bought a cheap juicer on Amazon and started juicing for the first time in my life. Before this, I used to think juicing was a hoax, but there I was juicing my first batch of celery. I started to read ingredient labels for the first time too. I stopped purchasing food based on packaging designs and instead based on its contents.
To my amazement, I began to see positive changes. I couldn't believe that the answer was this simple - be natural. It blew my mind that there was no magic drug, and there shouldn't be because our bodies need food from this earth. My entire ethos changed and I couldn't be more grateful.
This experience opened my eyes to the power of natural healing and sparked a passion for holistic health that would change my life's direction.
Inspired by my own healing journey, I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. As I completed my studies, I realized my calling: to become a health coach and help others reclaim their lives from chronic illness. I am now a certified IINHC health coach (if you're interested in this, email me!).
Today, I work one-on-one with clients, primarily those struggling with severe eczema and other chronic conditions. My approach is deeply personal, rooted in empathy and understanding. I've been where you are, and I know the frustration, the hopelessness, and the isolation that comes with chronic health issues.
But I also know there's hope. My own journey taught me that healing is possible, and now I'm here to guide you on your path to wellness. Whether you're dealing with eczema or other chronic illnesses, I'm ready to support you with compassion, knowledge, and a simple approach to health.
If my story resonates with you, know that you're not alone. I'm here, ready to walk alongside you on your healing journey whenever you're ready to make this change. If you’re looking for a sign - this is it!

MY FAITH STATEMENT
All my life I grew up going to church. It wasn't until this encounter with "food as medicine" that I knew what a conversion truly felt like - with food. It's true what they say, now that you've seen the light (celery juice, etc), you just can't go back (to crappy food).
I grew up with this notion that if I keep praying to God hard enough and often enough, He will heal my skin. And yes, I still believe that type of prayer is foundational to my faith. However, I realized that God also gave me many resources in this world - His resources - to help heal myself. And that trusting in His goodness alongside my wellness journey was part of the healing process.
So now, I ardently believe the good Lord has restored me not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. I have a totally different mindset on life, one that is more positive and kind. The effects of that have been my skin healing.
The goal was never to heal my skin (this is an after effect). The goal is always to aim for Christ. My body follows where my mind goes, and Christ is the ultimate healer.
"I will give you back your health and heal your wounds,' says the Lord" - Jeremiah 30∶17
"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds" - Psalm 147:3
"So whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God" - 1 Corinthians 10:31
Amen.
